Founded by Elissa Stone, “The Phoenix Factor Group” represents a philosophy of taking pride in all of our abilities to withstand the obstacles in life and transform them into driving motivators for achievement, fulfillment, and accomplishment.

Like life, real estate can be peppered with obstacles, but like the mythical Phoenix igniting itself to be reborn and rising from the ashes, our team helps burn through those challenges in navigating market complexities. Our team guides clients through potential setbacks, redesigning them into opportunities. In the event that one transaction does not cross the finish line as anticipated for our clients, we will rise with resilience and apply the lessons learned as stepping stones in the next transaction.
